If you're tired of checking up on your favorite events and web pages just to see if they've changed since the last time you visited them, why not sign up for Email Alerts thru Rock Island County and let them do the checking for you? We'll send you an email notification alert whenever there is an upcoming event at the Zoo or when a subscribed page is updated. Sign up to receive an email alert notification for updates on Zoo News, Upcoming Events or Job Opportunities at the Zoo.

The Email Alerts Program is offered thru the Rock Island County website where you can also subscribe to additional alerts such as: Committee and Board Meeting Minutes, County News, New Court Forms Online, Ten Most Wanted Probation Violators, Election Results, Health Alerts, Health Department Hot Topics, Health Department Press Releases, County Job Postings, Requests For Proposals, Treasurer's Announcements (includes Property Tax Due Dates, etc.,) and Sheriff's Department Ten Most Wanted.

Be sure to follow the instructions carefully, making sure you click on the Custom tab to make your selection(s). You will also be required to verify your e-mail by responding to a verification email that will confirm and complete your registration.
