Application for Internships

Applicants to the Intern program must complete a 2 part application process.

Prior to completing Part 1

Before completing the on-line application below, applicants will need to have acquired all digital documents to upload to the application.

*Please do not upload an incomplete document that says the real document (letter of recommendation or transcript) is forthcoming. 

Documents to upload include:

  1. Cover letter that addresses the following:
    • Why you are interested in an internship
    • Where you heard about the intern program
    • What you would like to gain from an internship
    • Highlights of your most applicable experience
  2. Resume
  3. Two letters of recommendation
  4. Copy of your current grade transcript (on-line copy is acceptable)

  • Requirements Prior to Service

  • All candidates are required to consent a national Criminal History check and will need to provide your Social Security Number during the interview process. All records are kept confidential.

    All Interns must provide a copy of valid identification (Driver’s License, State issued ID, Military ID, etc.).

    All Interns must provide proof of a negative TB (Tuberculosis) Test (available at your family doctor or medical clinic) dated within the last 6 months.
