Purchase Your Membership Online & Save

You can purchase or renew your Niabi Zoo membership online anytime. Save $5.00 when you buy your membership online in advance by using promo code JOIN5 at checkout.

Your membership welcome packet, including your membership cards, will be mailed within 3 business days. If you plan to visit the zoo before your cards arrive, show your membership receipt & ID at the front gate for entry.

Lost, damaged, or undelivered cards
If your welcome packet has not arrived within [10] business days of purchase, or if your cards are lost or damaged, contact our membership department at 309-799-3482, ext. 237, or membership@niabizoo.com. We will issue replacement cards for a $5.00 replacement fee per card. Until your replacement arrives, present a photo ID at the front gate, and our staff can look up your membership.

How To Redeem Your Discount

•Enter the coupon code JOIN5 on the shopping cart/checkout screen.

•At the bottom of the page, select Coupon, enter your code, and click Apply.

•Your $5 discount will be reflected in your total before payment is completed.

Ride and feed experiences are the same price for all guests, and member discounts do not apply. This keeps the process simple and supports infrastructure improvements and high-quality animal care.

Please note that only the adults listed (names must match ID) on the membership card are eligible for free admission. If someone else accompanies the children, they will need to pay the regular admission fee.

Additional Children: When entering the zoo with a named adult on a membership, they will receive 50% off the current admission rate.

Your membership expiration date is printed on your membership card. Renewal reminders are sent by email, so please keep your contact information current with our membership department.

Zooseum Seasonal Admission Pass

Looking for more of a season pass? Check out the Zooseum Pass — it includes admission to Niabi Zoo and the Family Museum. Please note this is a seasonal admission pass, not a membership, and parking is not included. You must have the physical pass to receive free admission to the zoo.
