Please note that on-site membership purchases will not be available on October 24 & 25 during Boo at the Zoo.

Oct 26-Mid April (Off-Season)

The membership office is closed to walk-in visitors during the off-season, but you can purchase or renew your membership online anytime. We will still return all phone calls and emails, though responses may take a little longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.

Your membership welcome packet, including your membership cards, will be mailed within 3 business days during the regular season and within 5 business days during the off-season. If you plan to visit the zoo before your cards arrive, show your membership receipt & photo ID at the front gate for entry.

Purchased a Premium Membership online? Your ride tickets will be mailed with your membership cards and will not be available for pickup at the zoo.

Lost, damaged, or undelivered cards
If your welcome packet has not arrived within 10 business days of purchase, or if your cards are lost or damaged, contact our membership department at 309-799-3482, ext. 237, or membership@niabizoo.com. We will issue replacement cards for a $5.00 replacement fee per card. Until your replacement arrives, present a photo ID at the front gate, and our staff can look up your membership.

Ride and feed experiences are the same price for all guests, and member discounts do not apply. This keeps the process simple and supports infrastructure improvements and high-quality animal care.

Please note that only the adults listed (names must match ID) on the membership card are eligible for free admission. If someone else accompanies the children, they will need to pay the regular admission fee.

Premium Membership Packages

All premium packages include one free guest for each visit. One of the named adult members MUST BE present with the free guest.

• Premium Individual Package ($70)
  1 Adult; includes a one-time distribution of 2 Train & 2 Carousel passes
• Premium Single Adult Family or Grandparent Package ($90)
  1 Adult & up to 4 Children (2-17 years old); includes a one-time distribution of 3 Train & 3 Carousel passes
• Premium 2 Adult Family or Grandparent Package ($115)
  2 Adults & up to 4 Children (2-17 years old); includes a one-time distribution of 4 Train & 4 Carousel passes
• Zoo Benefactor Package ($505)
  2 Adults & up to 4 Children (2-17 years old); includes a one-time distribution of 4 Train, 4 Carousel & 5 guest passes

Additional Children: When entering the zoo with a named adult on a membership, they will receive 50% off the current admission rate.

Your membership expiration date is printed on your membership card. Renewal reminders are sent by email, so please keep your contact information current with our membership department.
